Before starting production, buyers must confirm three key pieces of information with QualiWire®: the specific length of wiggle wires to be produced (default to one type), the voltage standard used in the buyer’s country, and the number of mark points on the wires (the machine is designed for 4 mark points by default, and more can be customized). The production cycle is approximately 30 days, which may extend to 40–50 days during peak seasons.
For installation, buyers have two options: self-installation (with detailed instructions and video guidance provided free of charge) or paid installation by QualiWire® technicians—buyers need to cover the technicians’ travel costs (visas, air tickets, accommodation) plus a $100 per person per day allowance (calculated from entry to exit in the destination country). Additionally, buyers need to prepare three items on their own: LPG Gas, a 15kw-recommended screw air compressor, and a 1m³ air storage tank.
After-sales support includes a 1-year warranty (free replacement of non-artificially damaged parts, excluding consumables). The machine can operate in optimal condition for at least 10 years, and QualiWire® provides lifelong technical services and support. The theoretical gas consumption is approximately 0.5kg per mark point per hour, though this may vary slightly based on flame size and ambient temperature.

FAQ for Wiggle Wire Production Machine
The diameter of the wiggle wire
This equpment is capable of producing wiggle wires of any diameter. The common diameters include 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm and 2.4 mm.
The steel materials often used
The commonly used steel materials include carbon steel wire and spring steel wire, either non-galvanized or galvanized ones.
The adhesion of the coating on galvanized wire is slightly weaker, as the zinc layer weakens the adhesion of the plastic coating. However, the plastic coating provides a second layer of protection for the wire, so the galvanized wire with a plastic coating is more popular.
The corresponding steel grades are No. 55 or No. 65. Since the hardness of No. 65 steel is too high and it is rather difficult to operate, No. 55 steel is often the more preferable choice.
The items that need to be prepared by the buyer
Regarding the equipment, the buyer needs to prepare the following items on their own.

Production Time
The production cycle is usually 30 days, but may be 40 – 50 days in peak seasons. We always strive to finish as early as possible.
The information that needs to be confirmed before production
The following information is required to confirm before production:
- The length of wiggle wires to be produced. The commonly used length is 1.86m, 1.96m, 2.05m. The equipment only produce one type length by default.
- The Voltage which you use in your country.
- The number of mark points on the wiggle wire. By default, the equipment is designed according to the configuration of 4 mark points.
Payment method
First part of the payment shall be made before production, second part before shipment, and the third part after installation.
Gas consumption per hour per mark point
Approximately 0.5kg per mark point per hour. This is the theoretical value, and it is also related to the size of the flame and the ambient temperature.
Transportation Method
The entire greenhouse zigzag wiggle wire production machine is disassembled and loaded into a 40-foot container, then shipped to the port of the buyer’s country. To save shipping costs and maximize container space, buyers usually add other goods, such as 5–6 tons of QualiWire® PE powder (designed for wiggle wire) or products from other companies.
